It is natural for evil thoughts to come from time to time . there is nothing wrong about taking a glance at a pretty woman. bad thoughts come everyday, every hour and every second. evil is waiting for a weak moment to tempt us into doing evil things. Once I perceive that looking at a pretty woman is no more just a glance but lust, then I recognized the evil thought. Now it is necessary to refrain from continuing looking at her. Maybe it is not so essential to stop looking but rather stop thinking lustfully. There is nothing wrong about thinking that the woman is beautiful. It depends on one’s individual conscience. To be sure that evil thought never grow up into sin, I need to have made the decision prior to the evil thought coming. Even though I may not encounter temptation ( evil thought) I should be willing to refrain from continuing revelling in evil thoughts.
