in the movie Les Miserables there is a memorable scene where Jean Valjean steals some silver from a bishop which took pity on him and let him spend the night in the parish. Jean Valjean is caught and brought before the bishop. the bishop , instead of punishing him, shows his mercifulness and let’s jean Valjean go away with the silver. here we see that trust can transform human. Jean Valjean was not a trustworthy person and yet the bishop trusted his judgment. There is nothing more that I can give to anybody then trust. if I give my trust to someone who misuses it then it hurts very much. The wound on the side of traitor is in my view much more painful than on the side of trustor. If Jean Valjean hasn’t being showed Trust , then he wouldn’t and couldn’t have been transformed .
