Need to be liked

When I see someone in a cafeteria talking to each other, they listen to each other but, I sometimes think, don’t really tell the truth about what they think about what they hear. There is a tendence to agree in order to be liked by the friend. By this confirmation liking may grow but trust fades. If I am afraid to confront my friend about his opinion which I believe is wrong or evil, then I am not really honest with him. if someone looks just on his needs, then he is not reliable. If someone jumps in the row he is not reliable. If I have the need to be liked then it is not as important as being honest and thus trustworthy.
