(im)morality of making people moral

Nietzsche in dawn of idols says that every tool that makes people moral is basically immoral. he may be right in the sense that morality is something inherent to every human being and that changing people from outside is virtually impossible. On the other hand words may help us to find what we already know is good in our hearts. It would be immoral to try to change anybody from the outside for example by any religious prescript. But through words you may find the truth in the pre script which is not invented or written by human but may be the truth which we agree with in our hearts. For example loving all people which is a prescript which should be consensually agreed on by everybody and which is found in Many religious texts in Quran and the Bible as well
