when one sins end recognises the thing as a sin and stops doing it he is Forgiven. God forgives him but his body may not forgive so easily and it definitely does not forget . When I am in temptation to look at a woman with lustful eye, images from times when I used to watch porn come to my mind. I know this is wrong but yet evil comes back tqoojo me from the past. The past is the mirror of our soul. Maybe it is good because things we know are evil and wrong come back to us to remind us about our past mistakes.
