I think that it sometimes happens to all of us men that when a pretty woman colleague asks for help then he is much more willing to help her then when not so pretty female colleague asked for anything. I think that when we men are willing to help all not depending on their appearence then we built our trustworthiness. We should not help only those that bring us pleasure in return.
