Reaching a consensus

Words should be used in order to reach a consensus. When we are talking and I understand what the other party says a conversation’s aim is to reach a consensus about what to do. Words are relative and I must understand what the other party says objectively although what I see under the words is a subjective unique experience of mine. If I understand what is the purpose of speakers speech I may be sure that we understand each other absolutely. Consensus is a proof that we understand each other because words should be used for prescriptive purposes , what to do and how to do it. I think it is natural for us to agree about things whether they are good or not for us. The only prerequisite to reach an absolute consensus about what is good and what is not is it is to avoid thinking only about myself but about the welfare of mankind generally- human rights is what should enshrined under all conditions for all people anywhere anytime and at all times.
