Second adolescence

I noticed that people sometimes, maybe always to a certain degree have two adolescneces. The first one comes around twelve and the other ten years later. Once the first adolescence finishes,the person becomes “adult” in a way, this is usually at eighteen. One studies a university or starts working. After the college or after some years at work one gets a feeling of not getting enough of the youth and here comes the second puberty or adolescence or some kind of phase of it. people have the need to enjoy as much as possible, have a new partner, because, usually girls, after finisheing the puberty find a partner and have him, or some other for some years. every college girl has a boyfriend, that is inevitable, it is a sign of being adult. I heard a saying that a woman at thirty is a launched rocket. I dare say that the same can be applied to boys as well.
