Pracuji v sociální sféře od roku 2010. Začínal jsem jako dobrovolník na Chráněném bydlení pro lidi s mentálním a kombinovaným postižením a autismem. Toto střediska patří pod Charitu Brno. Nyní pracuji jako vedoucí pracovník v týmu pěti lidí, kde mám na starost také komunikaci a výběr supervizorů, jelikož ze zákona musíme tuto podporu pracovníků naplnit.

SYSTEMIC SUPERVISION AND COACHING FOCUSED ON SOLUTION
I work in the social sphere since 2010. I began as a volunteer at a sheltered housing for people with mental and combined handicap and autism. This institution belongs to the Charity in Brno. In the current time I am on the leading position in a team of five people where I am also in charge of communication and choice of supervisors because it is a legal condition to fulfill this support for the workers in social services. Having a Master degree from the Masaryk University ( Faculty of Philosophy ) in English language and Literature I offer the consultations also in English language.
